Since 2008, our minority business and family-owned restoration and cleaning company has proudly served Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. We do so with a deep, professional commitment to our work and a personal dedication to the people we help every day.

After 10 years with the Deputy Commissioner of Children’s Services in Chicago, Diana went to work establishing our restoration company. She expanded our operations into one of the city’s most successful franchises. Diana’s executive background, compassionate spirit and dedication to hard work are key to our ongoing success.Diana cares deeply for every team member. Her greatest rewards come from seeing them grow through her guidance.

Neil’s background in construction serves him well as our Large Loss Commercial specialist. He began operating our company in 2008 and has successfully completed hundreds of restoration projects.

Neil’s outstanding management skills ensure that our special brand of client care always exceeds the highest standards.

Luis took on the position of Project Manager in 2012. His abilities to lead our teams in the field and assist in every facet of the business make him a very valued member of our company.

Luis is fully IICRC certified, and his talent for managing critical projects contributes to our success every day.

At the age of 16, Joseph was our youngest team member when he began his career with us in 2008. Within three years, he was fully IICRC certified.

He continuously leads and inspires by example as he extends our Acts of Kindness policy to all of our clients.

Alecia joined our company in 2012 and quickly developed an expertise in claims management. Her comprehensive knowledge of insurance coverage and the claims process enable her to act as a strong, caring customer advocate.

Alecia’s passion for her work and dedication to clients stand as an inspiration to all of us.

Since 2011, Vanessa has been the friendly voice that customers rely on when they call our office. Her administrative leadership talents keep everything running smoothly for our staff and our teams in the field.

Vanessa organizes operations, excels at strategic planning and still finds time to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.
